Talk to a person
TapRev is made by one developer, and that is who answers. Email taprev@yazeed.com or message @yazeedaloyoun on X, and include your iOS version and which platform you were connecting — never include an API key.
A platform shows a sync error
- Open the platform in TapRev and check the key was pasted in full, with no spaces.
- Confirm the key is still active in the platform’s own dashboard. A revoked or expired key fails on the next sync.
- Stripe, Polar, Paddle and RevenueCat keys need read permission on transactions, subscriptions and customers.
- If you were offline, the app shows the age of the last successful sync and retries when you are back.
Notifications aren’t arriving
- In iOS Settings → Notifications → TapRev, make sure alerts are allowed.
- In TapRev → Settings → Notifications, check which alerts are on and the large-sale threshold.
- Background refresh runs about every 30 minutes when iOS allows it. Low Power Mode and Background App Refresh being off both pause it.
Subscriptions
- Restore a purchase on a new phone: TapRev → Settings → Restore Purchases.
- Cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the App Store app. Cancelling during the free trial means you are not charged.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Everything TapRev holds is on your phone. Settings → Delete All Data removes every cached transaction and every API key from the Keychain. Deleting the app alone does not clear the Keychain — iOS keeps those entries — so use Delete All Data first if you want a clean slate.
You can also revoke a key at its source, which stops TapRev reading anything:
