Find your Superwall API key
Support · Superwall, paywalls & in-app subscriptions
TapRev reads your Superwall sales with a organization API key you make in Superwall. It is kept in your iPhone’s Keychain and sent only to Superwall; no TapRev server ever sees it.
Superwall can limit a key to reading, so make it read-only: it can see your sales and cannot change anything.
Make the organization API key
- Go to Superwall > Settings > API Keys
- Create an organization key with two read scopes: projects:read and data:read
- Copy the key (starts with sk_). Not the app's public key (pk_)
- Open TapRev, tap Add Platform, choose Superwall and paste it
Instant Alerts (Pro)
Free sale alerts arrive when iOS lets the app check, from 15 minutes to a few hours apart. With Pro, Superwall wakes your phone within seconds of a sale through a link you paste into Superwall. In TapRev, open Settings → Notifications and tap Superwall under Instant Alerts to copy its link, then:
- Go to Superwall > Integrations > Webhooks
- Add an endpoint and paste the link as its URL
- Select the events listed below and save
The events to select
initial_purchaserenewalnon_renewing_purchasecancellationuncancellationexpirationbilling_issueproduct_changesubscription_paused
The link only wakes your phone. Whatever Superwall sends with it passes through the relay unread, and the phone then checks Superwall with its own key (privacy policy).
Take the key back
Revoke the organization API key in Superwall and TapRev can no longer read anything from the next sync on. In the app, Settings → Delete All Data removes every key from the Keychain.
Still stuck
Email [email protected] with your iOS version and the step you reached. Never include the key itself.
